Great question. We offer a laundry card services. Visit out store and see an attendant to obtain a card. Use debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or cash to load it up with credits, and then use the card to operate our equipment.
Yes, we have multiple sizes of large machines including 3-load, 4-load, and 6.5-load machines.
Wash and Fold Questions
9AM to 9PM daily. As long as there is an attendant on duty, you can drop off new orders and pick up finished laundry.

Yes, a modest $15.
Most orders are ready next day. However, some orders may require more time due to size, type, and specialized care. Our attendant who checks in your order will make that assessment and let you know up front.
No, we do not. We keep all orders separate to ensure good hygiene and to reduce the risk of loss and mix-ups.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Daily from 6AM to 9PM, however, driver availability may be limited due to the popularity of this service. To secure your pickup and delivery times, please sign in and select your driver pick-up and drop-off times that work best for you.

For this, the minimum is $40.
Most orders are ready for delivery next day or the day after driver pickup. However, we will deliver your laundry on the delivery date of your choosing.
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Yes. If you won’t be home for pickup, we recommend that you place your laundry somewhere out of sight such as behind a gate, fence, unlocked garage, etc. Do let us know in your notes when scheduling your pick-up where our driver will be able to find your order. Please be as descriptive as possible. You will receive notification when our driver picks up your order.
If you won’t be home for delivery, please let us know in the notes when scheduling your order where exactly our driver can leave your laundry. Please be as descriptive as possible. You will receive notification when our driver drops off your order.
Please note that pick-up and drop-off locations must be accessible to our driver. Our drivers will not climb over, crawl under, or otherwise circumvent gates, fences, walls, or other structures for their own safety.
We are not responsible for any orders prior to driver pick-up. You will get a text or email notification when our driver picks up your laundry. Prior to that, we assume no responsibility for your items. Please prepare your order at your own discretion. If you are not going to be home at time of pickup, please see our recommendations under “I won’t be home. Can I still use this service?”
We are not responsible for orders after driver drop-off. You will get a text or email notification when our driver drops off your laundry. If you are not going to be home at time of delivery, please see our recommendations under “I won’t be home. Can I still use this service?” or select a drop-off time when you will be home.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
